Kevin Mincherton

SoilTech General Manager

B.Bus (Agriculture)

Kevin completed a degree in business at the Muresk Campus of Curtin University before returning to the family farm at Cadoux.  During that time, he was instrumental in the development of the Duli Farmers Group with the primary objective to researching and implementing sustainable farming systems.  After leaving the farm Kevin has gained extensive experience in both the corporate and private business sector.  Kevin’s appointment to Precision SoilTech as the General Manager, brings with it both technical and practical farming experience, along with business and systems management. His goal is to continue to improve Precision SoilTech, to ensure that it is the “Best in the West” for Collection, Analysis and Mapping of WA agricultural soils.

Don Hook

Technical Officer

Don has a passion for agriculture as demonstrated through his work with students, while a technical officer at the Morawa Ag school and Muresk Institute for Agriculture.  Don has a bachelor of Agribusiness (Farm Management) from Muresk completed after his studies at Cunderdin Agricultural College. Don brings to the Precision SoilTech team extensive agricultural and research knowledge and customer service experience acquired through the time spent with Elders.  Don spent 2 seasons running the pH Lab for Precision SoilTech, prior to becoming a permanent employee in June 2018. With a passion for agriculture and a driven desire to get the job done right every time.  Don is committed to collecting, analysising and reporting accurately and quickly, so farmers have the tools to make effective management decisions.

Stephen Carr

Aglime General Manager

B. App. Sc., B. Sc (Hons), PhD

Steve has been involved in agricultural research, development and extension for over 30 years, and has a history of applied and practical achievement.  As General Manager of Aglime and the Building Better Soils Group, Steve ensures SoilTech remains a valuable service for growers and agronomists in WA.
